We usually ship with expedited shipping methods
(3-4 days) within 1 business day upon receiving cleared payment;
Items marked with "Short Wait" generally need 2-3 days lead time and will be shipped with 2-3 days' expedited mails.
Most products over 13 oz. will be shipped with USPS or UPS expedited mails (2-4 days). - Please inform us if you would prefer UPS or FedEx shipping methods instead of USPS, and we would try our best to arrange that; A minimal additional handling charge may apply to customer-requested shipping services. (USPS usually has the lowest rates on items 5 lbs or less.)
- You may add a text message during the check-out process (a Text Box is provided right before payment submission),
or EMAIL us right after your payment, if you have any special concerns or requests regarding your purchase. -
OVER-Charge:
It's NOT our intention but sometimes when you purchase more than one type of items online, you might be over-charged for shipping/handling in the Paypal shopping carts (that's one of the PAYPAL functions that we are working on improving)
-- WE WILL REFUND the extra shipping/handling charges back to you ASAP (normally within 24 hrs) even
without your contacting us. (You may ADD a text message during check-out to request a refund; Please provide a phone # if prefer to be contacted by phone about the refund.) We provide honest products and services and do our best to lower your cost.

Online Tracking Numbers for Delivery Confirmation are usually provided (via emails) for FREE.
Insurance may be provided upon request. Note that the USPS online tracking info for
such Delivery Confirmation tracking numbers may not show any updates until on (or right before) the date of delivery.
Please be patient when you are expecting updates of tracking info.

We will ship to other countries/areas other than continental USA; international payments may be subject to higher processing fees (generally about 1% to 1.7% higher). International Customers: please email us to check for lowest shipping rates, AND/OR include the proper amount in your payment for the products, or your order may be delayed: email us. Please also be aware that you are responsible for any and all applicable tariffs and import duties. -
PO Box / Military Shipping Addresses:
We may / may NOT be able to ship to PO Box addresses or some APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us first to confirm shipping availability, or provide an alternate shipping address in the Destination Field of the order. In cases when we tried but cannot ship to such addresses, we will email/contact you about the order.
- Please email us if you have NOT received an order (continental US addressee) 10 working days after your payment (20 days for international orders) and we will take immediate action to solve the problem.

Purchase Orders with immediate payments are also accepted.

Cable Length Selection
As our name states, we offer CUSTOM cables to suit your needs. Therefore, when you buy a cable from us, YOU can select the length you desire. For example, if you purchase an 20 ft-to-30 ft cable listed on our website, you can add a text message during Paypal Check-out to request 30ft (a text box will be provided during Paypal Check-out), or you may Email us and tell us to make the cable 30 ft right after your payment. We usually assume that you want a cable at the max. length available. (Please also consider signal loss of longer cables.)
